These 3 ab exercises can be performed in circuit fashion for an excellent abdominal workout that will work your abs really well and help burn belly fat without placing stress on your lower back. The first exercise is the ab wheel. To begin you want to put your knees on the ground and place your body in the upright position. Rollout, keeping your back straight, while squeezing your abs and then return to the starting position. Repeat. Next, you will immediately move on to stability ball jackknives. There are all sorts of variations of this exercise. For example, you can rest your elbows on a bench with your feet on a stability ball, placing your body in a plank-like position. In this case, you will brace your abs and tuckyour knees into your chest and then back out. To make this exercise even more difficult you can do one-leg stability ball jackknives. So, when one leg tucks in, the other kicks out. You may also want to try stability ball jackknives with a bit of rotation. This will involve bringing your knees to one side and then to the other. Another alternative is to perform stability ball jackknives with your hands on the ground, with an additional push up added in for good measure <b>&#8230;</b></p>

Not only can this bother you at work, but common exercises can make these problems worse. You could end up with rotator cuff problems or worse. Fortunately, just a few minutes of shoulder mobility exercises per day can help you get rid of this pain. Here are a couple of exercises that will improve your shoulder mobility. If you are like me in that you sit in front of a computer for a long period of time each day, then you probably have a lot of stress and tension in your upper back, leading to reduced mobility in your shoulder, causing pain and suffering. So I&#8217;m going to reveal 4 exercises that will help you increase your mobility in the shoulder region as well as improve your posture. The first exercise is a very common one in my Turbulence Training programs, but also one that causes a lot of confusion on how to perform the exercise correctly, the Stick-Up. To start, stand about six inches away from the wall, with your hips, shoulder blades, elbows, and hands all pressed against the wall. Tuck your elbows down into your sides and press your shoulder blades together. Next, you are going to stick your hands up over your head as high as you can while keeping everything against the wall at all times. Then return to start position. Just because these ab exercises aren&#8217;t your traditional crunches, doesn&#8217;t mean that you won&#8217;t get that great ab burning feeling following your workout. These core exercises will still help build 6 pack abs, but in a much safer way that will reduce the incidence of low back pain. The first ab exercise in the evolution of ab training is a simple plank. This exercise needs to be mastered by beginners and those at risk of low back pain. The goal here is to work up to a 90 second to 2 minute hold in the plank position. The next core exercise is the side plank or side bridge. A little more difficult than the regular plank, the trick here is tokeep your body in a straight line and keep those hips raised. Once you&#8217;ve mastered those ab exercises, try the plank with your elbows on the stability ball. According to Men&#8217;s Health magazine, this exercise works your abs 30% hard than a regular plank. To increase the difficulty of this ab exercise, try moving the ball further away from your body. The fourth ab exercise to work your entire core is the stability ball jackknife. Here, you will place your feet on the stability ball and your hands on the floor or elbows on a <b>&#8230;</b></p>
